John Wilson
Investor Relations, Director
John brings a wealth of experience in property lending. Over the past six years, he has built strong relationships with private investors, SSAS trustees, and family offices, raising over £50m for UK property developers. In addition to his work in lending, John is an active investor across various asset classes, including peer-to-peer lending and property ownership.
Andrew Caracciolo
Investment Director
Specialising in residential development in London and the South East, Andrew focuses on boutique residential opportunities, disposal strategies, and distressed assets. Through his vehicle AGC he carries out his own schemes and advises a number of family offices on development and investment portfolios, as well as co-founding Roman, a mezzanine debt house to further assist developers in delivering residential schemes.
Matthew Archer

Matthew is an expert in both commercial and private finance. He has collaborated with prominent financial institutions, offering comprehensive capital solutions to his clients. With an extensive network of contacts in the finance and development sectors, he co-founded Tapton Capital and Tapton Mortgages. He also played a significant role in establishing Canterbury Capital, a specialised bridge lender.
David Blair
Compliance Advisor
David founded Legal Alternative in 2016 to provide specialist regulatory advice to financial services businesses. Prior to establishing Legal Alternative, he was Head of Financial Regulation at Osborne Clarke from 2011-2016. He is also an associate member and adviser to the UK Crowdfunding Association; has advised and participated in several HM Treasury working groups and worked on secondment with the London Stock Exchange to assist its implementation of MiFID.
